Job Responsibilities
Day to day analysis of Physical, analytical test of RM & FG and reporting OOS & Ensure only approved materials are used in production.
Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) of all FG, RM, PM
Ensure effective implementation of change control, protocols, CAPA.
Ensure GLP compliance in Lab.
Ensure calibration of all equipment listed in the calibration master list according to pre-determined frequency.
Ensure effective monitoring In Process checks in Process and Packing activities.
Ensure the scheduled tests of ongoing stability study at site and assessing & compiling the stability report issued by other external sites.
Ensuring reserve samples management, testing market pickup sample.
Raise protocol for trial & implement the trial protocol & maintain sustenance.
Ensure in process check & online Monitoring
Support on Management of BMR, Specification, Artwork & Complaint Management
Artwork checking as per checklist.
Maintaining inventory & management of laboratory media, reagent and instruments.
Effective co-operation with production, engineering, warehouse and sales and HRD and product supply in order to solve quality issues.
Support on validation activities (cleaning, analytical methods, equipments & processes) listed in the MVP.
Monitoring the implementation CCP, oPRP & CP and reporting noncompliance & suggesting & monitoring CAPA sustenance.
Conduct monthly hygiene audit for QA & support other departments to complete the hygiene audit timely manner.

Educational Requirements
Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science, Master of Science (MSc) in Biological Science, Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
With excellent track record.

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)

Chemist/ Bio-Chemist, Quality, Testing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Pharmaceuticals

Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 30 years

Both males and females are allowed to apply
Knowledge in GMP, GLP, QMS, HACCP
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows viz. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential.
Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude.
Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
