Job Responsibilities
Responsible to provide customer service over the phone
Answer incoming calls and handling callers' queries, complaints and requests
Maintain high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the department/ organization
Responsible to document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority
Responsible to follow-up customer calls when necessary
Support sales team by generating quality sales lead
Coordinating with stakeholders for pending customer related issues and/or concerns
Maintain a good or above rating in the performance scorecard

Educational Requirements
Masters/Bachelor's degree in any discipline from reputed university with satisfactory academic track record
Additional Requirements
No Experience required.
Passionate about customer service
Excellent inter personal skills along with adequate command over both English & Bengali language
Competent in using MS Office applications
Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure
Ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
Adequate computer knowledge
