Job Context
WORK STATION: MEGHNAGHAT, NARAYANGANJ
Experience in managing large scale project in factory level will be given preference

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overall planning, scheduling and cost controlling of particular project.
Monitor overall progress of project implementation and report to department head.
Coordinate and liaison with contractor about construction progress, quality & safety.
Maintain cost control system to ensure best quality of work within cost constraints.
Arrange meeting with all relevant party time to time and provide guidance to implement project and to remove flaw if any in implementing project.
Ensure project implementation with in stipulated time and cost.
Any other task assign by management.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Public University
Experience Requirements
At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age 30 to 35 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Must have excellent knowledge in Auto CAD & Technical specification of RCC structure.
Sound knowledge on finishing work of residential building, Design & Drawing.
Should know Motorcycle driving to monitor series of Project.
Sound knowledge to understand architectural design and able to make necessary changes the plan if required so.
Should have strong negation skill which may be required to engage quality contractors / suppliers in a cost effective manner.
Well Experienced in projects management and high rise building construction
Must have 5-7 years relevant experience.
