Job Responsibilities
To ensure proper planning of production and goods are produced planning and ensure within lead time.
To ensure productivity analysis and its improvement.
To keep the internal supply chain smooth and monitor the continuous production process to achieve the production target.
To report on productivity analysis (ie- target achievement, efficiency, non-productive time (NPT) calculation through root cause analysis of production deficiency)
To perform Capacity study, Time study, Method study and Target setup.
To carry out the Operation breakdown.
To calculate Standard Minute Values [SMV] and Standard Allowed Minutes [SAM] for all products.
To monitor hourly production
To determine Workers skill matrix and for setting KPI for performance appraisal
To prepare report on Daily Manpower, Machine& Material Utilization.
To determine the Efficiency of worker level employees.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE

Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age at most 35 years

Must have Experience on Industrial System Development.
Strong interpersonal skill, leadership qualities and practical approach to engineering problems.
Should have sufficient knowledge on Latest process & product technology
Should be capable of understanding about AI Platform.
Good communication skill & sunny personality.
Sound academic knowledge.
Should have strong knowledge on Auto Cad, Solid Works and simulation.
